要豆沙包松软好吃,和面的时候要偏软一些,和面加糖,是为了更好的使面团发酵,不喜欢的可省略,包入的豆沙馅量,根据个人的喜好增减。

    Step 1

    将材料A的包粉、幼糖、双倍发粉、酵母及水搓成团,最后加入白油搓成软团。Mix the Pau flour, fine sugar, double-acting baking powder, yeast and water in a bowl, then add the shortening and knead until the dough is soft and smooth.

    Step 2

    将面团分成每份80克,包入适量豆沙馅。Divide the dough into 80g portions and wrap each portion around some red bean paste filling.

    Step 3

    置放一旁发酵至双倍大。Set aside to ferment until doubled in size.

    Step 4

    以大火蒸15分钟即可。Steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
